I had the pleasure of collaborating with Marta Mańka on her graduation play „More Tears,” which I directed. Throughout the creative process, we relied heavily on the improvisation skills of the actors, who worked with a script as a starting point. I made sure to give the actors ample room to develop their characters both individually and within the group.

During this time, I had the opportunity to closely observe Marta and was struck by her exceptional commitment and passion for the craft. She fully immersed herself in the improvisation exercises, investing all her energy and creativity into each task. Her dedication and artistic sensibilities are evident in her development as a performer, which is clearly influenced by her unique personality and individual stage aesthetic.

Moreover, I couldn’t help but notice Marta’s affinity for movement and dance, which she incorporates seamlessly into her work. This impressive skillset will undoubtedly enable her to connect with artists from different cultures and backgrounds in the future.

As a young artist with a boundless hunger for new experiences, I believe Marta would be an excellent candidate for the Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. Her enthusiasm, independence, and ability to work effectively with others make her a joy to collaborate with.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Marta Mańka and would be thrilled to work with her again in the future.

Marta Mańka volunteered in my two dance theater performances called „Wodowisko” and „Szychta”.

She worked very hard to be perfect in choreography from this plays.
During this time she was disciplined, taIented and creative, l was satisfied with working with her.
She is looking for new ways of expressing herself. She is constantly developing in diverse types of theater and she is searching for her own way to create art.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Marta Mańka during the Intensive Course of Experimental Choreography, which I organized in partnership with Centrum w Ruchu and Fundacja Burdąg in Warsaw. During the course, participants were invited to share their own performative workshop and present their ideas for an activity. Marta presented a captivating solo work and showed herself to be very receptive to experimenting with it and receiving feedback from others. She impressed me with her ability to handle multiple movement tasks with ease and to share her own creative aesthetic, sensitivity, and curiosity for acquiring new knowledge.
